Shipping

Every order ships at a flat rate of $4.99, which covers seller postage. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

Sellers are asked to ship within 3 business days of purchase. Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a live shipping status bar on the product page.

Condition Guarantee

Every listing includes a Condition Report — fabric health score, previous owners, and honest condition grading. We verify each item before it goes live. If the piece you receive doesn't match its listed condition, we'll make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item doesn't match its condition report or description. To start a return, email us with your order number and a photo of the item.

Approved returns receive a full refund of the item price and original shipping. Return shipping is covered by ClothesLoop when the return is due to a condition mismatch.

Items sold "as-is" or marked "Well loved" in the condition report are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund.

Trades

For item-for-item trades, both parties ship their respective items within 3 business days of the trade being accepted. Each party is responsible for their own $4.99 shipping. Tracking is provided for both shipments.
